Meet the founding agent
Chloe Carnahan is the founder of Signature Realty Group and a St. Louis native. She has nearly a decade of real estate experience under her belt after working with some of the top real estate firms in St. Louis and Chicago. Chloe’s exposure to real estate early in her career has allowed her to gain an unmatched familiarity of the Midwest market as a whole. Chloe has lived in various parts of the city, providing her with admiration and knowledge of the characteristics that make each neighborhood and part of St. Louis unique. Her entrepreneurial mindset combined with determined work ethic separates her from most agents in the real estate industry. She goes the extra mile to make sure her clients leave the closing table satisfied.
Chloe has been named to the top 20 St. Louis Agents on Social media for 4 years in a row as well as Missouri Top 50 on Social Media for 4 years. Her other accomplishments include International President’s Circle and 2021 Top Producer when she was with Keller Williams Realty- West.
